- All WSG searches are conducted in a highly professional manner with promptness, completeness and thoroughness
- As a EEO compliant employer WSG team members are dedicated to
conducting recruiting and placement activities without regard to age, race, religion, marital status, sex or pregnancy. We are an EEO compliant organization.
- WSG guarantees that our client employers will be provided with a selection of the best suited candidates, including those currently employed by competitors and who most closely meet the position requirements.
- All our recruiting consultants act in the highest, ethical and moral manner, maintaining integrity and honesty
with both our client employers and client candidates.
- We promise that we will never recruit from any of WSG's current
client employer companies.
- Candidates placed by Workforce Solutions Group will not be recruited by a recruiting consultant while the individual is employed at that client company, ever. We have a no poaching clause on all our recruiting contracts.
- WSG requires that reference checks must be done on any candidate being referred for a second time, whether the employer client requires the check or not. The written reference check report will be issued to the client, with an accurate transmission of all information gathered, both positive and negative.
- All WSG Candidates will be interviewed by extensive, multiple telephone contacts or personally wherever possible.
- Confidentiality will be maintained by the recruiting consultant in dealing with both employers and candidates.
- All WSG Employers and candidates will be treated with courtesy and respect.
- WSG Candidates presented to client companies by other placement firms will not be denigrated by Workforce Solutions Group consultants.
Our hope is that our candidates find the best possible employment;
regardless of who represents the opportunity to them.
- WSG does not initiate any recruiting from our clients or entice any of our clients' associates to leave our clients' organization. If we're ever approached by any of our clients' staff members, we consult (encourage) them to seek resolution before they consider resignation.
