Pamela K. Jung, Founding Partner - Chief Executive Officer

Pamela has over 20 years experience in management, sales, operations, marketing, and 18 years of human capital consulting for Fortune 1000 companies.

Immediately prior to founding Workforce Solutions Group, Pamela was a Territory Vice President, managing 5 states for a National Staffing Firm. She was responsible for overseeing the launch of all product offerings from staffing, executive recruiting, outsourcing, on-premise programs, consulting services for call centers, and outsourcing of vendor management programs. Her expertise lies in start-up ventures, turn-arounds, and re-engineering of the workforce.

Pamela has worked in numerous executive management capacities for major corporations like Spherion, Remedy, and GE. Ms. Jung retains extensive organizational, analytical and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Colleen B. Jones, Founding Partner

Colleen retains over twenty-four years of staffing industry experience. She has extensive experience in the successful placement of "key-contributor" candidates in a variety of positions in many professional markets. Colleen is an employment specialist principally skilled at sourcing, recruiting and securing top talent as well as catalyzing employer / employee interactions. Colleen is a current and long-term member in good standing with SHRM, ASA, CSP, NAPS, and NAWBO-OC. With experience in executive search, direct hire, temporary staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, on-premise staffing, and consulting services, Mrs. Jones retains extensive experience in all facets of employment.  Consulting for non-profit sectors, Mrs. Jones dedicates time to support staffing and employment support to those in need.

Prior to founding Workforce Solutions Group, Colleen managed sales & service operations for 5 western states with multiple business units and divisions. During her career, Colleen managed up to 32 business units with full P&L responsibility. Colleen has worked at national staffing firms such as Norrell, Spherion, AppleOne, StaffMark, and NSN a Professional Employer Organization.

Irene Simpson, Finance & Human Resources

With many years in human resources and finance, Irene brings a host of talent and expertise to special projects. Irene's core competencies fall into overseeing customer site programs, cost benefit analysis and staffing for key executive positions. She has held a variety of managerial positions in accounting and human resources and has supervised up to 300 employees. Irene has worked for fortune 100 companies like Dupont to numerous mid-size organizations like Altec, Thermco, L&L Nursery and Norrell/ Spherion. Irene has been responsible for reducing operating costs, streamlining headcount and increasing profitability in all of the organizations she has worked for. Originally from Argentina, Irene is fluent in Spanish and English.

Jennifer Chavez, Director of Operations

Jennifer Chavez brings to our organization over 10 years of human resource management and consulting experience with a global staffing firm. She is responsible for developing recruiting plans, productivity metrics and measurement of results for each of our national accounts. Jennifer’s background is in recruitment operations and has specialized in the following areas: accounting and finance, call center support, IT, and administrative support. Jennifer’s career progressively grew due to her unique ability to build world class staffing programs and support teams that are dedicated to exceeding our client’s expectations both on a national and local level. Jennifer’s intuitive nature has enabled her to troubleshoot and maneuver through difficult situations. She has a proven track record of developing long term business relationships through meeting the long and short term business objectives of her customers.
